BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking Conditions:

Reservations will only be valid after payment has been made.

• Reservations made by credit card, payment will be made immediately.
• Reservations made by bank transfer, the customer will have 48 hours to make the transfer and send the proof to para reservas@domhugo.com.
• Reservations made with ATM reference the customer will have 24 hours for payment, the validity period of the payment codes.

Cancellation Policy:

• 30 and 15 days before arrival – Cancellation can be made free of charge;
• 15 to 5 days before arrival – Penalty for the amount of the first night;
• 5 days before arrival – Penalty of 100% of the total amount of the reservation;
• No show – a penalty of 100% of the total amount of the reservation;

Parking:

There is no parking at the property. Any damage caused to vehicles in public spaces will not be the responsibility of the accommodation.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to park any type of transport in the accommodation, such as bicycles, scooters, etc.
