Payment Information

For individual reservations:
Credit card and identification documents will always be requested upon check-in as a guarantee. Clients that are not credit card holders will have to leave a 25% deposit.

For group reservations:
For reservations of 10 or more rooms, payment conditions are as follows:
- 10% payment of the total reservation cost must be made to the hotel at the time of booking;

- The remaining 90% must be paid 7 days prior to the groups arrival.

The hotel has a specific group (+10 rooms) cancellation policy, that will be informed at time of booking.

Clients departing prior to booked departure date will be charged the complete stay.

Studio. A split-level studio offering views of the golf course or pool from its private outdoor balcony. Includes a sitting area with sofa on the upper level. Executive studio rooms are not recommended for children under the age of 8 years. ;
Double or Twin Room with Family Package. This double or twin room has a satellite TV, air conditioning and a bathrobe in the bathroom. It includes 1 round of golf per person per day at one of the propertys courses (Championship; Resort or Academy Course). Please note that bed preferences are subject to availability and confirmation by the property. Golf: The hotel recommends that guests pre-book the golf tee times in order to guarantee preferred day times. Maximum handicaps allowed: Sir Henry Cotton Championship Course, (Gentlemen 28 Ladies 36). Players are required to present a valid handicap certificate. The use of soft spike shoes are required oncourses. Change of spikes is available at the Golf Reception. Golf Reservations, for 1 or 2 players are only accepted on the condition that they have toother players. Any changes to the above tee times upon arrival must be done at the golf shop.
